StepCraft Low is designed for people with lower to flat arches and features a thin design that fits into most footwear. An extremely versatile insole, StepCraft Low can be used in most shoes (including tight-fitting dress shoes and cleats) due to the slightly narrower design of the top cover and provides support for most foot types. Due to the low arch profile, wearers may experience quicker adaption to StepCraft Low. StepCraft Low is our best insole for shoes featuring a relatively flat/thin factory insole that cannot be removed from the shoe.

StepCraft Mid features a profile designed for people with medium to medium-high arches and features a thin design that fits into most footwear. This is a versatile, all-around insole that will accommodate a wide variety of feet, including those with lower arches that need a bit more support or higher arches that may not like the feel of a more aggressive arch. StepCraft Mid is a great option for wearers who don’t have low/flat arches but are trying to decide between StepCraft Mid and StepCraft High.

StepCraft High features a profile designed for people with high arches and features a thin design that fits into most footwear. This is StepCraft’s most supportive arch product. Designed for those with high-arched feet, StepCraft High can offer those with flatter feet the extra arch support they need. Due to the higher-profile nature of this insole, some confining footwear may pose a challenge depending on foot type. There are low-volume, medium-volume, and high-volume feet that can high arches and this product can work with these foot types in most tighter-fitting shoes.
