- REMOVE FACTORY INSERT FROM SHOE.
- LINE UP STEPCRAFT INSOLE TO SHOE INSERT MAKING SURE TO ALIGN THE INNER "MEDIAL" SIDES TOGETHER. TRACE THE EXCESS MATERIAL TO MATCH SHOE INSERT.
- TRIM THE EXCESS MATERIAL USING SCISSORS.
- INSERT YOUR STEPCRAFT INSOLES INTO YOUR SHOES.

BREAK IN PERIOD
A StepCraft insole typically requires a break-in period of around 1 week as your feet adjust to the added support. Begin wearing your StepCraft insoles for 1-2 hours the first day, then gradually increase the amount of time throughout the week.
If you experience significant pain after a few days, you should consider removing them and consulting a professional.

Selecting the proper device will depend upon the relative height of the
arch of your foot. For lower arches,
choose the LOW (Black); for a medium height arch choose the MID (Blue); and for a higher arched foot choose the HIGH (Green)

- You want to make sure the insoles properly fit inside your shoe. In some cases, trimming the edges will be necessary. For best results, line up the original shoe insert to your StepCraft insole and trim the excess material.
- If the insoles continue to squeak after trimming, add some talcum or baby powder inside the shoe first then reinsert our insole.
- It’s important to occasionally clean your insoles using mild soap and warm water.
- Rinse well after cleaning and let them air dry.
- Please do not dry them near a heat source.
- Also, please do not use a washing machine or dryer.
- StepCraft insoles are designed to provide amazing support and are crafted with quality materials. Under normal use, StepCraft insoles retain their support for 12 months.

- Remove factory insert from shoe then place onto your StepCraft insole making sure to center the heel portion together. Please make sure the left insert is on left insole and right insert is on right insole.
- Trace and then trim the excess material using scissors.
